We are a customs agency that guarantees the comprehensive organization of all customs procedures and services, from loading to arrival at the customs office of destination, including inspections. We provide the so-called looping of all customs activities. As a customs agency, we undertake difficult and non-standard orders and specialize in servicing carriers, forwarders and logisticians throughout the European Union. Separate departments of the agency deal with customs clearance and handling of: shipments to and from the UK, sensitive, high value and oversized goods and cargo streams to and from Ukraine. Our activities include comprehensive substantive and formal support for participants in international trade. A customs agency optimizes supply chains: we do this by combining, coordinating and supporting you with the full range of customs services. As customs experts, we are aware of how many problems the transfer of data between systems can cause in everyday customs work. At the same time, they are also the most frequent source of errors that result in the downtime of goods. In order to meet our customers’ expectations, we conduct customs operations using state-of-the-art European digital solutions. We work quickly, efficiently and effectively, while minimizing the risks associated with incorrect data entry between operations.

AC Porath also includes the Porath Customs Academy for specialized training and customs consultancy. Among other things, we provide training on: AEO and other customs facilitations, classification of goods into CN codes, customs status and origin of goods. We also offer Customs Audit services, guaranteeing positive verification of the company by the customs authorities. We provide assistance in ensuring the correctness of all aspects of a company’s activity that are subject to customs regulations.

AC Porath Customs Agency is based in Gdynia. Its founder and president is Joanna Porath. Her strengths lie in her professional experience as a director in the TSL sector with broad competence combining management and business development in customs services, sea and intermodal forwarding and air freight. She gained her professional experience working for customs agencies in both Poland and Germany.  She is a member of the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA), an organization supporting women in the maritime transport industry.
