Welcome to the training course “Customs status and origin of goods”

During the training, participants will learn about the rules of origin of goods, including: non-preferential rules of origin, preferential rules of origin, documentation of origin and recognition of documents proving the origin of goods, and others. Participants will also learn how to determine the origin of goods, how to prepare documentation on the origin of goods, how to properly prepare a request for a certificate as well as a proof of origin, how to prepare a supplier’s declaration as well as how to assess whether the declaration of origin received from the supplier is correct.

The open format training takes place either stationary in Gdynia (AC Porath training room) or online.

Closed-door training takes place at the client’s premises or at another location specified by the client (throughout Poland) and on an agreed date, or online.

➡️ We provide training in a workshop format, the principle of our training is minimum theory – maximum practice, participants will acquire practical knowledge and skills on customs status and origin of goods.

➡️ The training is dedicated to employees (also new without experience) of import, export offices, customs agencies, accounting or (and) sales departments and others interested in this topic.

➡️ Classes are interactive: multimedia presentation, exercises, case studies, exchange of experience, case law, answers to questions and clarification of doubts, discussion.

 

We deliver training in open, closed, classroom, online and hybrid formats.
