We invite you to the training course “INCOTERMS 2020 – The set of international trade rules and their practical application in international transactions”.
The objective of the training is to familiarize participants with the International Chamber of Commerce’s rules on the interpretation of trade terms and to analyze individual INCOTERMS provisions.

The open enrollment training is conducted both on-site in Gdynia (AC Porath training room) and online.
Closed enrollment training is conducted at the client’s premises or at another location specified by the client (throughout Poland) and on an agreed date, and is also available in online format.
TRAINING PLAN:
I. Principles for the use of INCOTERMS rules in the conclusion and execution of transactions in intra- and extra-EU trade in goods.
II. INCOTERMS 2020 and the forwarding contract and the contract of carriage, i.e. why should freight forwarders and traders be familiar with INCOTERMS 2020?
III. What should guide the choice of a particular formula?
IV. Overview of the most important commercial rules applicable to transactions. International (EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP) including the obligations of the contracting parties.
V. Rules applicable to maritime transport (FOB, FAS, CFR, CIF).
VI. Selection of appropriate INCOTERMS formulas for the implementation of foreign trade in goods.
VII. Most frequently made mistakes when applying INCOTERMS terms of supply.
➡️ Participants will acquire practical knowledge and skills in the International Chamber of Commerce rules on the interpretation of trade terms and the analysis of individual INCOTERMS rules.
➡️ The training course is dedicated to employees (including those new to the topic) of import and export offices, customs agencies, accounting or (and) sales departments and other individuals interested in the topic.
➡️ Classes are interactive: multimedia presentation, exercises, case studies, exchange of experience, case law, answers to questions and clarification of doubts, discussion.
We deliver training in open, closed, classroom, online and hybrid formats.
