Welcome to the training course “SENT – monitoring the transport of sensitive goods”

Training on the principles of application of the SENT system covers legal provisions on monitoring the transport of sensitive goods, all the obligations of forwarders, carriers and receivers of these goods, as well as the practical application of the rules in road and rail transport.

The training also introduces the handling of messages in the monitoring system, as well as the use of geopositioning in practice.

The open enrollment training is conducted both on-site in Gdynia (AC Porath training room) and online.

Closed enrollment training is conducted at the client’s premises or at another location specified by the client (throughout Poland) and on an agreed date, and is also available in online format.

 

 

TRAINING PLAN:

I. Goods and activities subject to monitoring.

  1. Goods subject to mandatory notification of transport to the monitoring system.
  2. Goods excluded from the monitoring system.

II. Rules for the movement of sensitive goods in domestic and cross-border transport of goods.

  1. Rules for the movement of sensitive goods in road transport
  2. Rules for the movement of sensitive goods by rail
  3. Obligations of forwarders, carriers and receivers

III. Registration of users on the PUESC platform as a condition for the use of the system by entities and their representatives.

  1. Creation of individual profiles
  2. Representation of the entity in PUESC

IV. Handling of messages created in the SENT system depending on the role of the entity in the process of transporting sensitive goods.

  1. Messages and responsibilities of the sending entity.
  2. Communications and obligations of the carrier (including road and rail transport).
  3. Communications and responsibilities of the receiving entity.

V. Application and use of geopositioning programs in SENT.

  1. Operation of the SENT system on mobile devices.
  2. Tasks and responsibilities of carriers using geopositioning.
  3. Situations involving system outages.

VI. Liability and penalties for violations of SENT regulations.

 

➡️ We provide training in the form of a workshop, following the principle of minimum theory and maximum practice. Participants will acquire practical knowledge and skills in the field of foreign trade.

➡️ The training course is dedicated to employees (including those new to the topic) of import and export offices, customs agencies, accounting or (and) sales departments and other individuals interested in the topic.

➡️ Classes are interactive: multimedia presentation, exercises, case studies, exchange of experience, case law, answers to questions and clarification of doubts, discussion.
