Joanna has over 14 years of experience in the TSL industry. She is a sales and marketing expert, specializes in setting up complete logistics chains for LCL, FCL and oversized cargo. Joanna manages cooperation with partners and customers. She is an academic lecturer in Marketing and Logistics at WSAiB in Gdynia and Pomeranian University in Słupsk, and a coach in the field of customs law at the Customs Academy AC Porath Sp. z o.o.

Tomasz Sętkowski

As a long-time customs officer, Tomasz gained practical knowledge and experience in the application of customs law while holding various positions in state customs administration.
During a career spanning more than 30 years, he has worked in multinational corporations dealing with customs issues, both from a practical point of view (e.g. he has taken part in customs projects related to AEO, customs simplifications and VAT issues in export) and providing customs consultancy and advisory services.
In addition, he holds the position of Trade Compliance Manager for a multinational corporation, responsible for the company’s customs operations.
He holds a customs agent’s license, and actively cooperates with local traders in the implementation of obligations arising from INTRASTAT statistics, excise duty and many other issues of customs and tax legislation.

Małgorzata Wszołek-Siemińska

Małgorzata has managed issues of customs law, administrative law on exports, special procedures and imports and the practical application of trade policy measures for 20 years. It has become her passion and her path in life.
She is both a practitioner and theoretician of customs law. She holds active qualifications as a customs agent, accountant, and also holds an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration).
Many hours of training on customs topics allow her to keep abreast of changes in international law that have a direct impact on clients’ supply chains.
On a day-to-day basis, she deals with customs border services in the Poland-Ukraine region, with a specialization in the handling of goods requiring control not only by customs and tax authorities, but also phytosanitary, veterinary and commercial quality control of agri-foodstuffs on import, special procedures and export.

Piotr Czerkawski

Since 2006, Piotr has conducted training courses for business, attended by more than 2,400 people, and for public administration, attended by more than 2,000 customs officers, employees of the tax administration and the Ministry of Finance. He is a lecturer in postgraduate studies at the Wrocław School of Banking in the field of Audit and lecturer-trainer at the National Revenue Administration (NRA). Piotr is a participant in task forces in the creation of systematic areas and methods of risk response and co-author of the analytical manual for the Customs Service (Ministry of Finance). He is an active analyst with fifteen years of experience, including as head of the risk management department in the Customs Chamber in Wrocław, as well as an author of publications on customs risk management and the practical application of heuristic methods.

Bogna Szur

Bogna has been involved in TSL and customs handling since 1995 and holds a customs agent’s license. During her almost 30-year career, she has not only been directly involved in customs handling processes, but has also set up customs agency departments from scratch within the structures of both smaller local companies and international organizations. In this way, she has gained practical knowledge and experience in the application of customs legislation, including INTRASTAT reporting obligations. She has many years of experience in building and developing teams of customs agents, creating and improving customs processes, researching customer needs and developing optimal solutions for the customer while overseeing and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. She has led AEO certification projects and ensured subsequent compliance of the permit holder with the requirements. Bogna is well-versed in processes and procedures for obtaining permits issued by customs authorities. Her activities also include organizing and conducting training on customs issues for clients and within the organizations in which she works.
