INTRASTAT
Welcome to the training course “INTRASTAT – Statistical obligation on trade within the EU”.
The objective of the training course is to familiarize participants in detail with regulations and practice relevant to making, correcting and cancelling INTRASTAT declarations. The training addresses issues arising from the law and its current application.

The open enrollment training is conducted both on-site in Gdynia (AC Porath training room) and online.
Closed-enrollment training is conducted at the client’s premises or at another location specified by the client (throughout Poland) and on an agreed date, and is also available in online format.
TRAINING PLAN:
I. The role and tasks of intra-EU trade statistics. What is INTRASTAT and what is it used for?
II. EU and national legislation governing the INTRASTAT system.
III. Basic rules governing the making of INTRASTAT declarations.
IV. INTRASTAT declarations.
V. Rules for completing individual application fields.
VI. Corrections to INTRASTAT declarations.
VII. Electronic submission of INTRASTAT declarations.
VIII. Changes to INTRASTAT data submissions introduced in 2022 related to the growth of e-commerce services.
IX. Control and powers of the National Revenue Administration with respect to INTRASTAT statistics.
➡️ Participants will acquire practical knowledge and skills on the statistical obligation related to trade within the EU – INTRASTAT.
➡️ The training course is dedicated to employees (including those new to the topic) of import and export offices, customs agencies, accounting or (and) sales departments and other individuals interested in the topic.
➡️ Classes are interactive: multimedia presentation, exercises, case studies, exchange of experience, case law, answers to questions and clarification of doubts, discussion.
We deliver training in open, closed, classroom, online and hybrid formats.
