
Fundamentals of excise law
Welcome to the training course “Fundamentals of Excise Law”.
Participants in excise duty training learn about such topics as sources of law, principles of excise taxation, the object of excise taxation, registration obligations and formalities, excise declarations and records.
The training course provides a practical understanding of the mechanisms excise duty of operation and basic institutions of excise duty and systematizes existing knowledge on excise duty.

The open enrollment training is conducted both on-site in Gdynia (AC Porath training room) and online.
Closed-enrollment training is conducted at the client’s premises or at another location specified by the client (throughout Poland) and on an agreed date, and is also available in online format.

I. The system of taxation of excise goods in the EU.
II. Sources of excise duty law.
III. Excise duty rules.
IV. Registration of excise taxpayers with the CRPA.
V. Organization of trade in excise goods.
VI. Movement of excise goods in EMCS 2PL.
VII. Excise declarations.
VIII. Excise records.
➡️ We provide training in a workshop format, following the principle of minimum theory and maximum practice. Participants acquire practical knowledge and skills in the sphere of excise law.
➡️ The training course is dedicated to employees (including those new to the topic) of import and export offices, customs agencies, accounting or (and) sales departments and other individuals interested in the topic.
➡️ Classes are interactive: multimedia presentation, exercises, case studies, exchange of experience, case law, answers to questions and clarification of doubts, discussion.
We deliver training in open, closed, classroom, online and hybrid formats.
