ABC of foreign trade in goods
Welcome to the training course “ABC of foreign trade in goods for importers and exporters”.
The training course on foreign trade in goods comprehensively covers such issues as: legislation regulating trade in goods, obligations of participants in such trade, customs declarations, customs procedures, import of goods, customs value, classification of goods, origin and their customs status.
Additional topics covered include the methods and types of controls carried out by customs authorities, customs facilitation for enterprises, as well as sanctions for non-compliance with regulations and procedures to safeguard against them.

The open enrollment training is conducted both on-site in Gdynia (AC Porath training room) and online.
Closed enrollment training is conducted at the client’s premises or at another location specified by the client (throughout Poland) and on an agreed date, and is also available in online format.
TRAINING PLAN:
I. Overview of legislation regulating trade in goods with foreign countries (global, EU and national regulations)
II. Obligations of participants in foreign trade in goods (secure supply chain), including risk areas in customs operations
III. Customs procedures (overview, clearance procedure, documentation, verification of documents) part 1: special procedures
IV. Final customs procedures
V. Official acts before customs authorities
VI. Classification of goods into the appropriate CN codes: basic principles, ISZTAR4 system, documentation, verification
VII. Origin and customs status of goods
VIII. Non-economic constraints (regulations, documentation, verification)
IX. Penalties related to non-compliance with foreign trade regulations
➡️ We provide training in a workshop format, following the principle of minimum theory and maximum practice. Participants acquire practical knowledge and skills in the sphere of foreign trade in goods.
➡️ The training course is dedicated to employees (including those new to the topic) of import and export offices, customs agencies, accounting or (and) sales departments and other individuals interested in the topic.
➡️ Classes are interactive: multimedia presentation, exercises, case studies, exchange of experience, case law, answers to questions and clarification of doubts, discussion.
We deliver training in open, closed, classroom, online and hybrid formats.
